How to inject:
Inject once a week, on any day, with or without food.
Keep at least 48 hours between doses.
Rotate the site each time: abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.
Remove the needle after each injection and store the pen without a needle attached.
If you miss a dose: Take it as soon as you can within 5 days. If more than 5 days have passed, skip it and go back to your usual day. Do not take two doses to make up for a missed week.

Who Should Not Take Semaglutide?
Semaglutide carries a serious warning about thyroid C-cell tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), based on animal studies. It is not known whether this risk applies to people.
Do not use semaglutide if you:
Have a personal or family history of MTC or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
Have had an allergic reaction to semaglutide or any ingredient in the product.
Are pregnant or breastfeeding. Because semaglutide stays in the body about a week, women planning a pregnancy should stop it at least 2 months ahead and use contraception while taking it.
Are under 18 years old.
